This is basically a lifestyle book written by a medical doctor who also happens to be a stoner. Her biggest suggestions are all pretty standard–get off your phone, go outside more, eat real food, smoke weed, be present, and wean yourself off whatever pills you’re on.
Most interesting thing for me was how the adrenaline you get from being with someone you love puts you on high alert, to the point that sleep and food are optional. That’s me to the max lol. The stuff about about reproductive potential was good too. Like that people have cuckhold/gangbang fantasies for the same reasons why men find good mothers so attractive–has all to do with fertility and the survival of the species.
